All SERVICE ONE Members are entitled to a certain number of free withdrawals per month. The level of free withdrawals will depend upon loans and savings combined balances held with us (what we call an Average Relationship Balance), and whether you hold certain products or accounts.

The average deposit balance and average loan balance are calculated using the daily closing balances which are then summed and divided by the total number of days within the month.
